This video shows the beginnings of a GUI for yt in Blender by way of two added panels - AB Objects and AB Plots. AB Objects allows for the creation and interaction with isosurfaces, point clouds and grids. AB Plots allows for the generation of slice and projection plots in the 3D space.

The workflow I'm showing here begins when one links a file and a domain cube is generating showing the coordinates of your simulation box. Then, an isodensity surface, colored by temperature is generated. We then make some slice and projection plots and manipulate them in the 3D space. Note that the plots are rotated incorrectly in the image viewer and in the 3D space - this is a bug that needs to be fixed. Finally, a grid object is overlayed on top of our isodensity surface.
